2008 JANUARY - APRIL

On January 3rd, we kicked off the new year with the Premier of a movie we were involved in, "Platinum". Here are some bloopers from Cameron's unexpected Cameo in Sean Hunt's latest film.

Our road really took a beating this year. The weather was quite hard on it. One day the road became so washed out that I had to pick up Grandma on the ATV.

The Stull's visited us a couple times this year. Here are our parents target practicing.

We are proud of our father for receiving his pin for working as a horticultural buyer for Wal-Mart 20 years. We were also honored to witness the receiving of a hero award for the amazing woman whom God used to save Dad's life late last year.

2008 MAY - AUGUST

In May we celebrated our friend, Christin's, birthday by putting on a Shakespeare in a box play of 'Taming of the Shrew'. We later did the same thing for Cameron with 'King Lear' in October.

Mom received a new camera for Mother's Day!!! We all are appreciating this gift.

Teddy and Aunt Melinda paid us a surprise visit on Mother's Day. Yay! :D

We had a wonderful party for my High School graduation.
My amazing art teacher. I love her so much.

We were invited, by our dear friends the Queries, to go on a random unexpected trip to Nashville Tennessee. We helped feed a huge number of people. Cameron and I very much enjoyed the experience, serving others, and growing closer to Miss Debbie, Heidi, Amara and Peter.

The Team

On our way to Ioway!
We visited Grandma and Grandpa Young. They traveled with us to Minnesota to be there for cousin Matt's wedding.

Shortly after that trip we drove to North Carolina to surprise Grandma (who was visiting there). In this photo, she has no idea who the person to her left is. However, Mom has trained her well to smile for pictures no matter what the circumstance.
And then she looks...
Yay! Success. She was very surprised!

Preparing for a deep sea fishing trip with our friend Mr. Willis and his grandson, Channing. Sunburns and sea-sickness were had by all (except for Mr. Willis) but we'd still do it again.

Spike celebrated his 11th birthday this year

After the North Carolina trip, we headed on over to Branson for a conference. We spent time with the Stulls as well.

Before we came home to stay, we visited Silver Dollar City and saw a show. We also saw our beloved friend Matthew McCully while we were there. He was hit by a drunk driver just a few days later.

WE MISS YOU MATTHEW!

2008 SEPTEMBER - DECEMBER

Camping with Natasha, Miss Kim and Abby was a blast! Reservations have been made for this time next year. Yeah!

Hmmm...
Pumpkin seeds were the food of choice (I prefer M&Mzzz)

I had the opportunity of being Sean's Personal Assistant for his short film, "Hard Cops". Check out the blog at this link: http://hardcops.blogspot.com/
I took photos as well. -Some of which you can find posted on my personal blog.

Our production of King Lear was great fun. Many thanks to Abby for directing. She is awesome!

The Cast

Dad lost his eyeball in the play. "Vile Jelly!"

Mom and I took a short trip up to St. Louis to present to Aunt Norma and Uncle Bob the book we made about their life. It was a beautiful moment.
